- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 10 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cube bread and place on bottom of a greased casserole dish. Grate cheese and sprinkle on bread.

2Cook sausage and drain. Place between paper towels to rid excess grease.

3Then sprinkle over the cheese.

4Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and cayenne pepper.

5Pour over casserole.

6Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (uncovered).

7Goes well with Curried Fruit.
