Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 slices cheese
- 6 slices ham
- prepared mustard
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (buttered), put 6 slices buttered bread; on top of bread, put a slice of cheese and one of ham.

2Put a dab of mustard on top of ham.

3Put the remaining buttered bread, butter side up, over the mustard.

4Beat the milk and eggs until foamy and pour over top.

5Cover with plastic wrap, etc. and refrigerate overnight; uncover.

6Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

8Heat a can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk and use as a gravy for topping.
