  • 1 lb. bulk sausage or ham
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 slices bread, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

    Spread cubes in buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Top with sausage and cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

    Mix well and pour over cheese.
