  • 4 slices bread, torn
  • 1 lb. bulk or link sausage or bacon
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Place torn bread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Brown sausage or bacon and drain.

    Spoon sausage or bacon over bread. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over sausage.

    In a separate bowl, beat eggs.

    Add milk, dry mustard, salt and dash of pepper to eggs. Mix well.

    Pour over ingredients in the pan.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
