- 1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
- 5 slices bread
- 5 eggs
- 2/3 c. shredded cheese
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Lightly butter bread and cut into cubes. Place in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Fry bacon.

3Crumble pieces and sprinkle over bread cubes.

4Spread cheese over all.

5Beat eggs and milk.

6Pour over all. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
