- 3 c. cubed French bread
- 3/4 c. diced lean cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp. diced sweet red pepper
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 c. skim milk
- 3/4 c. Egg Substitute
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Place bread evenly in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

2Layer ham, red pepper and cheese over bread; set aside.

3Combine milk and next 4 ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

4Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes; sprinkle with paprika.

6Serve immediately.
