  • 3 c. cubed French bread
  • 3/4 c. diced lean cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. diced sweet red pepper
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 c. skim milk
  • 3/4 c. Egg Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Place bread evenly in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    Layer ham, red pepper and cheese over bread; set aside.

    Combine milk and next 4 ingredients; pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.

    Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes; sprinkle with paprika.
