- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

2Brown sausage; drain.

3Layer sausage and cheese on top of bread.

4Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.

5Pour over casserole.

6Refrigerate overnight, covered.

7Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
