- 7 slices bread
- 1 lb. bacon or sausage
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove crust from bread.

2Butter lightly and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam; set aside.

3Cook bacon until brown and crispy; drain well.

4Crumble over bread; then sprinkle cheese over bacon.

5Combine eggs, half and half and salt.

6Mix well and pour over cheese.

7Cover casserole and chill overnight.

8Remove from refrigerator for 15 minutes before baking.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes or until set.
