- 1 lb. Webber sausage (ground)
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon
- 12 slices cubed bread
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 qt. milk
- Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry and drain sausage and bacon; mix together.

2Butter long casserole dish and line bottom with half of the bread.

3Sprinkle with half of the cheese; add all the sausage and bacon.

4Layer bread and cheese again.

5Beat eggs; add milk, Worcestershire, pepper, salt and mustard.

6Pour over meat mixture and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 325°, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
