  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls or biscuits
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Line bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan with rolls or biscuits. Sprinkle sausage over rolls; add cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.

    Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
