  • 6 slices white bread (frozen)
  • 8 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 6 oz. cheese, grated
  • 2 c. half and half or milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Butter both sides of frozen bread and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan; cut into cubes.

    Spread sausage over bread, then sprinkle with cheese.

    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard.

    Pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Cut into squares to serve.
