  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage, crumbled
  • 6 slices fresh cubed bread
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese or 1 c.
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Brown sausage.

    Drain.

    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a buttered casserole dish in order listed.

    Mix eggs, mustard, milk and salt; pour over casserole.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
