- 10 slices bread (remove crust and cut into four pieces)
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt or less
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 6 beaten eggs
Directions

1Mix together soup, dry mustard, salt, milk and eggs.

2Layer in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish:

3bread, sausage, mixture and cheese, then repeat.

4Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300°.
