Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. chopped cooked bacon, cubed ham or breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2Cube French bread; arrange in pan.

3Sprinkle cheese and meat over bread.

4In separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together.

5Pour egg mixture over bread.

6Allow casserole to sit in refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours).

7Bake the next morning at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

8Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
