  • 14 slices bread, no crust
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 lb. sausage

Directions

    Cube bread; brown sausage, mix all ingredients in big mixing bowl.

    Refrigerate overnight, pour in casserole dish.

    Cook in oven at 350° for 1 hour.

    Test with knife to make sure doesn't stick.

    Serve hot.
