- 2 c. seasoned croutons
- 1 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Sprinkle croutons in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Brown and drain sausage; sprinkle over croutons.

3Add grated Cheddar cheese and put over sausage.

4Beat eggs with 2 cups milk.

5Pour over top and refrigerate overnight.

6Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
