- 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farms herb croutons
- 2 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Line 11 x 13-inch pan with croutons.

2Add cheese.

3Saute sausage and put on top of cheese.

4Beat eggs; add dry mustard, milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Pour over croutons, cheese and sausage.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake 1 hour at 325°.
