  • 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farms herb croutons
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Line 11 x 13-inch pan with croutons.

    Add cheese.

    Saute sausage and put on top of cheese.

    Beat eggs; add dry mustard, milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Pour over croutons, cheese and sausage.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
