- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Crumble sausage into skillet; cook until browned.

2Spread cubed bread into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; then browned sausage and cheese.

3Beat eggs, milk and mushroom soup together.

4Pour over layered bread and sausage mix.

5Set in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
