Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices white bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, either fresh or canned
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. ground sausage or small cooked slices
- 5 to 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon may be used)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1If you wish you may add some fine chopped green onion and green pepper.

2Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover bottom with cubed bread.

4Fry the sausage; drain.

5Sprinkle over the bread.

6Layer the cheese and mushrooms (green peppers, onions).

7Combine seasonings and milk with slightly beaten eggs.

8Pour over bread and sausage, cheese mixture and refrigerate overnight.

9Bake in a 350°

10oven for 40 minutes.
