- 1 lb. bacon or sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 9 slices bread, trimmed
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Lay bread on bottom of dish.

3Place cooked meat over bread layer.

4Pour egg and milk mixture over meat. Let set in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake next day at 350° for 45 minutes; add cheese for last 15 minutes.
