- 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
- 6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. canned milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place bread in large casserole dish.

2Put sausage on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.

3Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt; pour over cheese.

4Let set overnight in refrigerator.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
