- 4 slices bread
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. sausage or bacon
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Brown sausage or bacon in skillet, stirring, until crumbly.

3Drain well.

4Crumble bread slices in bottom of dish.

5Top with browned sausage or bacon.

6Combine eggs, milk and mustard.

7Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage or bacon layer.

8Pour egg mixture over cheese layer. Let stand 10 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. (May be made the night before, refrigerated and baked the next morning.)
