  • 6 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 to 10 bread rounds (cut from white bread)
  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • paprika

Directions

    Place the eggs in blender; mix on low. Add the milk and salt, then blend. In a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, place the bread rounds, covering bottom of pan. Layer the ham, cheese and bread rounds. Over this, pour egg mixture, then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 55 minutes.
