Ingredients

  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 34 cup all-purpose flour
  • 9 pkts.equal flavored artificial sweetener (I use Truvia zero calorie, natural sweetener)
  • 23 cup granola cereal
  • 12 cup Parkay margarine (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In large mixing bowl slowly mix the ingredients together in the order listed.

    Stir until well blended.

    Drop by level Tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

    Gently flatten with either a fork, bottom of a cup or your hand.

    Bake 10-14 minutes, or until Golden.

    Remove from oven to wire rack to cool.

    Store in air-tight container.
