  • 4 None croissants, halved
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 None tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Gruyere cheese
  • 4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, quartered
  • None None baby arugula, to serve

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Fill croissants with ham, tomato, cheese and egg. Arrange on a baking tray and bake for 4-5 mins, until warmed and cheese starts to melt. Serve with arugula.
