- 1 cup Pork Sausage or turkey sausage
- 4 egg beaten
- 1 packages (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms and spinach
- 1 any veggies you like in an omelet
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Cook and stir sausage, veggies and eggs in a large skillet over medium heat until eggs are scrambled and set.

3Flatten each biscuit and place into a greased muffin tin covering bottom and sides forming a cup.

4Spoon sausage, veggie and egg mixture evenly into cups.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake for 15 minutes or until edges of biscuit are golden brown.

7Serve immediately
