- 8 slices cubed bread
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. browned sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place bread cubes on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Top with cheese.

3Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard. Spread sausage over cheese and pour on egg mixture.

4Dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over rest of ingredients.

5Make night before and refrigerate.

6Can also bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°, uncovered.

7Very good use for old bread.
