  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage or bacon, browned and drained
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
