  • 3/4 pound saucetts or possibly breakfast links
  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 3/4 pound grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt.

    Put bread in bottom of pan, then breakfast links; sprinkle cheese over and pour lowfat milk over all.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
