- 2 c. frozen hash browns (with onion and pepper)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water and a dash of pepper
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet, cook hash browns in margarine until browned, stirring occasionally.

2Add eggs and ham.

3Cook over medium-low heat for 9 to 10 minutes, lifting edges to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

4Continue until mixture is almost set.

5Cover and remove from heat.

6Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.

7Cut into wedges.
