Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, crumbled*
- 6 frozen hash brown patties
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 carton egg substitute
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare bacon in skillet over medium heat; drain.

3In large saucepan or stockpot, combine hash brown patties, bouillon cubes and water.

4Cover and place over medium-low heat until patties are thawed and crumbled.

5Remove from heat.

6Add bacon, margarine, cheese, celery, onion, salt and pepper.

7Mix ingredients together until margarine and cheese have melted.

8Gradually add egg substitute to mixture, stirring constantly.

9Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish.

10Bake 1 hour or until mixture is firmly set in center.
