Ingredients
- 16 slices white sandwich bread, crust removed
- 1 1/2 lb. baked or broiled ham, sliced very thin
- 16 slices American cheese
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. butter
- 4 oz. cornflakes, crumbed
Directions

1Layer one half of the bread, ham and cheese in the order given in an 11 x 13-inch pan.

2Repeat to make a second layer.

3In blender, put milk, eggs, onion salt and mustard.

4Blend 2 minutes and pour over layers.

5Melt butter in pan, remove from heat and add cornflakes.

6Sprinkle on top.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Remove from refrigerator 1 1/2 hours before serving.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
