- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together in bowl.

2Beat eggs in separate bowl; add milk and butter.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Stir until just mixed.

5Batter should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

6Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
