- 5 eggs
- 16 oz jimmy dean sausage
- 5 slice pre cooked bacon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 santinos tortilla chips
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 5 1/2 oz fritos jalapeno cheese dip
Directions

1Cook sausage in a pan set on medium-high

2Place bacon in the microwave on 45 seconds

3Put a pinch of salt and pepper in eggs and mix them

4Add butter into a warm skillet

5Scramble the eggs

6While scrambling the eggs mix Velveeta cheese with jalapeno cheese dip and microwave 5 min.

7or until melted

8Stir cheese in 30 sec increments

9Use 2%milk if cheese becomes too thick

10Mix sausage and eggs, then break the bacon up into small or medium-sized pieces and mix it all together

11Put sausage, bacon, & egg on top of the chips and layer with cheese mix
