  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. red pepper
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. light cream

    Cook sausage, crumble and drain.
