  • 1 (9-inch) frzn pie shell
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 drops liquid warm pepper sauce
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

    Thaw pie shell at room temperature for 20 min.

    Beat Large eggs.

    Add in potatoes, cheese, lowfat milk, onion and seasonings.

    Mix till well combined.

    Pour mix into unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle bacon over pie.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
