  • 1/2 to 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
