Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage until brown.

    Drain fat. Separate rolls and press into a 12-inch pizza pan (points to center).

    Scoop sausage, potatoes and cheese on top.

    In bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour onto crust.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
