- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage until brown.

2Drain fat. Separate rolls and press into a 12-inch pizza pan (points to center).

3Scoop sausage, potatoes and cheese on top.

4In bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour onto crust.

6Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Serves 6.
