  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage in skillet.

    Drain off excess fat.

    Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place in ungreased pizza pan. Press over the bottom and up sides to form a crust.

    Seal the perforations.

    Spread sausage over crust.

    Pat the potatoes dry and sprinkle over sausage.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over the mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Bake in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
