  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. frozen hash browns
  • 3 to 4 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, mixed (pizza cheese)

    Press crescent rolls into large pizza pan, sealing all seams. Top with cooked and drained sausage, potatoes, eggs and cheese. Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes until crust browns and eggs are set.
