- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. loose hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Separate rolls and press into a 12-inch pizza pan.

3Spoon the sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash browns and cheese.

4Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper over the sausage.

5Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 5 minutes.
