- 1 c. shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. onions and bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. mixed shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls.

2Arrange in pizza pan, sealing edges. Layer sausage, potatoes, onions, peppers and 1/4 cup cheese over rolls.

3Beat eggs with milk in bowl.

4Pour over layers.

5Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until set and crust is brown.
