- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls (large)
- 1 c. hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain.

2Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

3Place on ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with points to center.

4Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations.

5Spoon sausage over crust.

6Sprinkle with potatoes.

7Top with Cheddar. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour into crust.

9Sprinkle Parmesan over all.

10Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
