  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; set aside.

    Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with points toward center of 12-inch greased pizza pan (deep dish).

    Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations.

    Spoon sausage over dough.

    Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over sausage mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.

    Garnish with pimientos and fresh oregano, if desired.
