  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 2 c. frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.

    Separate rolls into rectangles and gently place into bottom and up sides of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Spoon sausage into crust; sprinkle potatoes and cheddar cheese over sausage. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings and pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
