- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
- 2 c. frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.

2Separate rolls into rectangles and gently place into bottom and up sides of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Spoon sausage into crust; sprinkle potatoes and cheddar cheese over sausage. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings and pour over sausage mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
