  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions

    Cook sausage until browned; drain well.

    Separate rolls and arrange on 12-inch pizza pan to cover.

    Spoon sausage on crust. Top with hash browns and cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk and spices. Pour on pizza.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
