Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls [8 Oz]
  • 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage
  • 5 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Hash Browns, Thawed
  • 1 can Mushrooms, Drained [4 Oz]
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Milk Or Half-and-Half
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    - Lightly spray bottom & sides of 9x13 casserole dish with pan spray;

    - Press Crescent rolls on bottom and up sides of dish. Set aside;

    - Brown Sausage, and drain fat;

    - Fry Bacon until crisp, and blot off fat; cut or crumble into bite-size pieces;

    - Layer Sausage, Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Bacon, Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheeses on top of the Crescent Roll dough;

    - In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and Milk or Half & Half together. Pour Egg mixture evenly over the top of the other ingredients.

    - Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese.

    - Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

    - Cover tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before placing in the preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
