- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Spray Pam lightly in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish or pan. Press crescent rolls into bottom of pan; sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

2In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, oregano, salt and pepper.

3Pour mixture into pan.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 325°. You can sprinkle Cajun spice or Italian seasonings over cheese before baking for spicy flavor.
