- 13 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk low-fat
- 1 each eggs
- 1 each bananas mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Mix together and set aside in a small oven-proof bowl.

2Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up flavor.

3Stir again and place in a small dish.

4Prehat oven 325F (160C).

5Sprinkle with cinnamon.

6Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.

7Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
