- 4 eggs
- 15 slice pepperoni
- 4 slice lunch meat ham
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sweet peppers
- dash milk
- 10 slice Swiss cheese
Directions

1Put chopped pepperoni, ham and chopped onions in skillet.

2Take out when Brown and smellIng good, set aside.

3Put whisked egg, milk and chopped sweet peppers.

4cook till done then set aside.

5In a large skillet place a buttered tortilla down and layer with with 5 slices of cheese, cooked eggs, cooked meats and the rest of the cheese.

6In another skillet crisp the top tortilla.

7When both are done slide onto a plate cut in half then Serve.

8Top with sour cream, salsa or hot sauce.
