  • 2 tortilla's
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 slice pepperoni
  • 4 slice lunch meat ham
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup sweet peppers
  • dash milk
  • 10 slice Swiss cheese

Directions

    Put chopped pepperoni, ham and chopped onions in skillet.

    Take out when Brown and smellIng good, set aside.

    Put whisked egg, milk and chopped sweet peppers.

    cook till done then set aside.

    In a large skillet place a buttered tortilla down and layer with with 5 slices of cheese, cooked eggs, cooked meats and the rest of the cheese.

    In another skillet crisp the top tortilla.

    When both are done slide onto a plate cut in half then Serve.

    Top with sour cream, salsa or hot sauce.
